AAFAF is an independent public corporation that serves as Puerto Rico's fiscal agent, financial advisor and reporting authority.

We serve as the fiscal agent, financial advisor, and reporting authority for the Government of Puerto Rico and its public entities.

AAFAF plays a central role in supporting debt restructuring efforts and facilitating collaboration between the Government of Puerto Rico and the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, established under PROMESA.
